The Spirisponge

One of the first things I used was the Spirisponge. When you have a family of six there are always dishes that need to be done! I was a little concerned at first because the Spirisponge has a texture that feels similar to a scrub bud. Norwex said it was safe on Teflon so I cleaned my pots with it. I have had no issues at all! The other night I had a dish overflow inside the oven. My first thought was great now I have to scrub the oven! Once the oven was cool. I took my wet Spirisponge to it. With very little effort almost everything cleaned up! That surprised me. There's still a little residue left. I plan on taking the Cleaning Paste to it to remove the rest.

How it all began.

Over the past few years. Really after our first daughter was born Jason and I started pursuing living healthier. One of the things that started us down this road was our cleaning products. It bothered me that my eyes were watering, I was coughing and wanting to hold my breath while cleaning. In my mind this was "clean." But at what cost to our health and the environment? I began researching about cleaning chemicals and the information was scary! Respiratory problems, carcinogens, I was putting this into my home! So I began trying natural cleaners. The first thing that surprised me was I could breath while cleaning! Unfortunately none of the brands I tried cleaned effectively enough for me to justify the cost. Good old baking soda and vinegar worked better then some of the cleaners. But who wants their house to smell like vinegar! A friend told me about Norwex. Anti bacterial cleaning without chemicals? What kind of scam is that!?! So I began researching, developed in hospitals in Norway, approved by the FDA. What would we do without the internet. The information was compelling. Another friend gave me a Norwex Enviro Cloth to try. I was instantly hooked! One cloth could clean anything in my house. My bathrooms and kitchen never looked so good! And it was easy! I was sold. And now my journey as a Norwex consultant has begun. Where this experience will lead... we'll just have to wait and see!
